Cowwin Tech Co.,Ltd,founded in 2020,located in Dongguan,China, is a professional mold maker specializing in design and manufacture of high quality injection mould tools ,jigs and fixtures for the plastics and die casting industries. We have invested in state of the art high speed CNC machines.Along with large CNC,EDM,W-EDM,GRINDING,GUN DRILLING and BED OUT
We can manufacture moulds and dies from smaller precision tools, to large size tools of up to 40 tons in weight
Cowwin provide a first class precision engineering service to a broad range of industries. Currently we have over 85 workers in our factory, including 12 experienced designers and 55 toolmakers . Whitin our team there are 6 dedicated programme managers, with extensive knowledge of both injection mould and diecast industries. All of whom master very well the English language skills.Our recent annual output is over 300 sets of tools, 60% of them are supplied to European and American customers.
How we make is as important as what we make.We have provided excellent tools and jigs for the Automotive, Medical and Home Appliance etc.
Our end customers include Bentley, Lamborghini, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, BMW Group, LandRover, Jaguar, Aston Martin, Audi, Renault-Nissan etc. Our portfolio of Automotive products include such varied Products as Bumper, Grille Lighting system, Instrument panel, Centre Console, HVAC, Door panel, Pillars, Sunroof system, radiator Tank Tops, Engine sunroof systems and Air intake system etc.
